Earlier this month, there was a clip going around of a dad using his kid to scrape the snow off of his car. If you saw it, you may have chuckled, you may have simply passed over it, but what you certainly *didn’t* do is worry about the health and safety of the child. He’s fine — kids are durable!

Now, another dad has done this with his three-month-old kid, and it might be the reason he goes to jail. According to the Express Tribune, police in Port Arthur, Texas are currently reviewing the man’s criminal history to determine whether to press charges.

Maybe I’m being crazy here, but it really doesn’t seem that bad. Right?
